- Once an order is placed, we take 1–3 business days to process and prepare it. Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed within 1 business day, while orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends may take slightly longer.
- Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within Japan.

Placing an Order
The ordering process at Obaachan Atelier is simple and straightforward.
First, navigate to the product page and add your desired item to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
Please make sure you have selected the correct variants (size, color, etc.). Once everything looks correct, click "Proceed to Checkout".
On the information page, enter your accurate shipping address details. Please double-check that all information is correct before clicking "Continue to Shipping".
On the "Shipping" page, you will be able to review your address information. You will also see confirmation that all shipping is completely free of charge — as a token of our appreciation, we cover all delivery costs. Click "Continue to Payment" to proceed.

Delivery Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us by email as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, address changes are unfortunately not possible.
Failed Delivery & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to extended absence, incorrect address, or non-collection, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the order. If you anticipate being unavailable during the delivery window, please contact us in advance so we can arrange the best solution.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped within Japan, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
